Smriti or to Remember

Sweet child, here, the only effort you have to make is to have remembrance. This is the easiest effort of all. It is also the most difficult effort of all. There is nothing easier than remembering one’s father. Soon after a son is born, he begins to say, “Baba, baba”. Soon after a daughter is born, she begins to say, “Mama, mama”. No one else would say to souls, “Children, children.” This is the family of God. You souls receive your inheritance from the Father by remembering Him. If you are body conscious, it will be difficult for you to claim an inheritance.

Sweet Baba, during the course of the day I will reaffirm the awareness that I am your dear and beloved child. I will let go of my bodily image and be the light that lives in your eyes and heart. By letting go of body consciousness, I open the doors to my beautiful fortune.

Samarthi or Power

I constantly plug myself into the power that is received from the above smriti. I become aware how my smriti is recharging my self-respect. I pay attention to how my smriti is giving me strength and is allowing me to operate with equanimity and patience in an ever-changing world.

Mano-vritti or Attitude

Baba to Soul: Clever children will instantly understand what they can receive from a worldly study and what they will receive from this study and they will therefore decide what they should be studying. You children must also become helpers. Become clever and use your life for Godly service.

I am determined to keep an attitude of appreciation for my elevated fortune as well as an attitude of generosity towards others, knowing that my life is for Godly service.

Drishti or Pure Vision

Baba to Soul: It is remembered: O God, Your divine play is so wonderful! That praise refers to this time. It is also remembered: Your ways and means are unique. The part that each soul plays is also unique.

In my drishti today, I will see the unique theater of life and the unique and precious part that every soul plays.

Creating a Wave

I will do mansa seva and be part of creating a beautiful wave of pure remembrance and attitude spanning the whole globe during the 7:00pm to 7:30pm meditation. I will engage the smriti, mano-vritti, and drishti from above and give sakaash to the whole world as a humble instrument.
